Overcoming fatigue
Q0046: I am undergoing RuqyA programme, but frequently have severe bouts of fatigue! I literally cannot get out of bed, I am useless this way and pray no one has to go through this. This happens few times a week, it's magic of separation with jinn inside. Feeling low very low.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
As salamu alaykum,
The jinn seek to control the heart and mind of the person. The mind is important for what thoughts they get and the decisions they make while the heart is important in how they feel emotionally and spiritually.
They can also affect a person physically by draining their energy so they feel very tired and mentally drained.
A person who is possessed needs to put in that extra effort to control their emotions, whether it is anger, frustration, desires or depression etc. They usually give you waswasah about being useless or too tried to do anything. They make you feel reclusive and give you thoughts about how it would be if you didn't have to meet anyone, just live your life indoors, watch TV or browse the internet all day.
Some jinns by nature are reclusive so a person my begin to display such characteristics. The aim of the shaytan is to take you away from the lofty goals a normal human soul craves for. For example a Muslim naturally wants to good for his family, neighbours and the society he lives in. Maybe through dawah, charity work or providing some sort of service to the people.

Practical Advice
- You need to seriously begin to make your morning and evening protection duas. This will weaken the jinn so it doesn't have influence over you . Click here Protection duas
- You need to really begin to pray all your salah on time because salah is like your bodyguard which protect you. Shaytan will always try to make you weak in them so you are left vulnerable.
- To overcome fatigue you need to have 1, 2 or 3 tables spoons of honey every morning on an empty stomach. If you can do ruqya on this honey that would be even better but its not necessary. This is a tried and tested method and it does work if Allah Wills. Click here Ruqya honey
